Eligibility of BSSC Field Assistant Recruitment 2025
Candidates must have passed I.Sc. or hold a Diploma in Agriculture from a recognized Institute or University.
Note: Qualifications equivalent to I.Sc. or Diploma in Agriculture will not be considered for eligibility under this recruitment.
BSSC Field Assistant Syllabus 2025
General Studies: Questions will test general awareness, current events, scientific attitude, and knowledge of Bihar, India, and neighboring countries. Topics include scientific achievements, awards, Indian languages, books, capitals, currencies, sports, Indian history, geography, economy, freedom movement, Constitution, Panchayati Raj, and Bihar’s contribution to the national movement.
General Science & Mathematics: Questions will be based on Matric level topics including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, and basic arithmetic (number system, decimals, percentages, ratio & proportion, averages, interest, profit & loss).
Mental Ability: Verbal and non-verbal reasoning questions covering analogy, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, problem-solving, observation, coding-decoding, and number series.
